1. THE CONSULT

If possible we will set up an in-person consult, a phone call, or we can set up a FaceTime or Skype chat at a time that is convenient for you. We want to know more about you and what you are looking to use the portraits for. We will discuss the details, colors, feel, and look of your portrait session. We will tell you everything you want to know about studio photography, and answer any questions you may have about us, and the process. When you choose to move forward with us, we will send you a contract and you’ll make your first deposit.

2. Your Studio Session

This will be our first shoot together! Depending on the needs of your session, the session will take place either at our studio or a location of your choosing. We like to have fun during the studio session and create a comfortable environment. We want you to be yourself in front of the camera smiling, having fun, sharing jokes, and laughs. We will play some music in the background while we (you and us) create great portraits and memories together. By the end of the session we will feel like old friends. This way we get the best natural photos possible!

3. After The Session

We will talk about the session, review the images, choose the best images for your needs, edit them, and prepare them to be sent to you. Your images will be ready for you to share and use.

  • Studio Setup At A Location Of Your Choice - $300

Additional INVESTMENTS FOR Corporate Group

  • Makeup Artist - $50-$80/per person

  • Background Removal - $30/per image

To reserve your date a non-refundable deposit of $150-$300 (depending your session choice) is required. 8.875% NY or 7% NJ Sales tax will be applied on final package price.

Q - I see that your offices are in New jersey, but I WOULD LIKE my PORTRAIT SESSION somewhere else. Can you still shoot it?

A - Absolutely! We will travel almost anywhere for a photo session. There are additional travel fees if the session is more than a one hour drive. As well as Studio setup fee. No matter where your session is, we’ll be there to cover it!

Q - Can we meet with you before we book?

A - Absolutely! In fact, we strongly recommend it. If possible we will set up an in-person meeting, or we can set up a FaceTime or Skype chat at a time that is convenient for you.

Q - How long will it take to see my proofs?

A - Turnaround time for portrait sessions is usually 1-3 weeks.

Q - What is the process to book you?

A - You can secure your session date with a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $150-$300 depending on your session needs. The deposit will be applied towards the package you choose. Final payment is due 7 days before the session date. Our booking system is entirely online, so let us know as soon as you are ready to reserve your date and we will send you a private link to electronically sign your contract and submit your payment.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

A - We accept cash, checks, wire transfer, credit cards, and sometimes we will accept a barter.
