We will set up an in-person consult, a phone call, or we can set up a FaceTime or Skype chat at a time that is convenient for you. We will discuss the details of your event photography needs and budget. We will answer any questions you may have for us and the process. When you choose to move forward with us, we will send you a contract and you’ll make your first deposit.

2. Your EVENT

We cover your event with a journalistic approach. We will cover all best moments and highlights of your event. Paying attention to detail and capturing feeling in each image.

3. After The eVENT

A few days to a few weeks (depending on size of event and needs) after your event we will reconnect with you to look back, talk about the event, and share with you the images that captured those memorable moments. We will edit those images and prepare them to be sent to you. Your images will be ready for you to share and use.

Events are all different and have a range of varying needs. Rates vary depending on the project and scope of work. Contact us for more information.


To reserve your date a non-refundable deposit is required (Amount depends on project). 8.875% NY or 7% NJ Sales tax will be applied on final package price.

Q - I see that your offices are in New jersey, but OUR EVENT IS somewhere else. Can you still shoot it?

A - Absolutely! We will travel almost anywhere to cover your event. There are additional travel fees if the session is more than a one hour drive. No matter where your session is, we’ll be there to cover it!

Q - Can we meet with you before we book?

A - Absolutely! In fact, we strongly recommend it. If possible we will set up an in-person meeting, or we can set up a FaceTime or Skype chat at a time that is convenient for you.

Q - How long will it take to see my proofs?

A - Turnaround time for event coverage is usually 1-5 weeks or more depending on project.

Q - What is the process to book you?

A - You can secure your event coverage date with a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount depends on your event needs. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your project. Final payment is due 7 days before the event date. Our booking system is entirely online, so let us know as soon as you are ready to reserve your date and we will send you a private link to electronically sign your contract and submit your payment.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

A - We accept cash, checks, wire transfer, credit cards, and sometimes we will accept a barter.
